Show opens with highlights of Al Snow winning the Southeastern Title last week from Justin Credible.

Billy Kidman and Dean Malenko battled to a draw in 0:10:00.  Rating: ** 1/2

(Billy Kidman retained the Southeastern Television Title.)

-Kidman holds on thanks to the shortened time limit for TV Title matches. 

Chris Jericho interview. He reminds everyone that he made Rob Van Dam pass out in the Walls of Jericho, and he wants his title shot. RVD comes out and says anytime, anyplace will do. Jericho says right here, next week, on Stampede!

Jeff Jarrett pinned Jeff Hardy after a side suplex in 0:08:09.  Rating: ** 1/2

-Jarrett wins with help from Mike Awesome. It looks like the Awesome/Jarrett-Hardyz matches are just around the corner.

Rob Van Dam and Kurt Angle defeated Shane Douglas and Steve Corino when Angle pinned Douglas with the Olympic Slam in 0:19:09.  Rating: **** 1/2

-Two big feuds combine for a classic tag match. Angle gets a big pinfall over Douglas, but it's Corino he really wants.

-Yoshihiro Tajiri wins the Southeastern Title in a three way dance with Al Snow and Sabu.

-Mike Awesome and Jeff Jarrett defeat the Hardy Boyz for the United States Tag Team Titles when Matt Hardy walks out on his brother.
